Meet Your Customer Service Representatives
Dave Schwichtenberg - Dave, also known to many as Switz, has been with Stellar for over 15 years. Most of those years have been spent managing the service department and conducting product service training. Dave enjoys the day-to-day challenges the service department experiences but mostly enjoys interacting with the Stellar customers, hearing their comments, questions and concerns and making their Stellar experience a positive one. Dave is a life-time North Iowa resident, where he enjoys golfing, bowling and hunting. He’s a die-hard Iowa Hawkeye’s fan, and enjoys watching all levels of football in the fall.
Gerald Nedved - Gerald has been part of the Stellar customer service department for a few years now. He sports over 40 years in the truck equipment business, which makes him a great "qualified reference" in this industry. Even with all this experience though, he still finds he learns something every day and that is part of what Gerald love the most about his job.
Born a local North Iowa farm boy, he and his wife Pat, have raised 4 children in Garner. They are scattered across the United States in places such as Orlando, FL, Madison, WI, Des Moines, IA and right here in Garner.
In Gerald's spare time, he enjoys being in the great outdoors, watching local and Iowa college sports, Nascar, Twins baseball and yes, he's even a Vikings fan.
Kyle Freesemann - Kyle was Born and raised on the family farm in Britt, IA. After attending college in Wyoming, he moved back to the Britt area where him and his wife now live.
Kyle has spent the past 6 years as a field service technician working on ag equipment and heavy machinery for Caterpillar. Kyle enjoys working with customers and listening to their concerns. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, riding his Harley, and is an avid Iowa Hawkeyes fan.
||Ryan Ytzen - Ryan was born and raised in Clear Lake and lived there up until last year when he and his new wife bought a house in Garner. Ryan has a daughter that will be 6 in September, and a baby boy that is due very soon. Ryan has his AAS in automotive technology from NIACC and has spent the last 5 years in the industry doing various jobs including chassis wiring, CNC machining, assembly work, and serving as a crane assembly lead. He is very happy and excited to be a part of the customer service team at Stellar Industries. Ryan loves customer interaction and the everyday challenges of each call. He's a diehard Minnesota Vikings fan. Nothing makes him happier then spending time with his family (and a win for the Vikings, of course). He loves to play golf or fish, whenever he gets a chance. He's also into all kinds of music and has been playing the drums for about 10 years.

||Kelly Weiland - Kelly recently joined the customer service department as a Technical Representative. He will provide technical assistance and help you with any questions, warranty claims, and parts orders you may have about Stellar products. Kelly was previously the general manager of Howard Enterprises, Inc., a wholesaler of aftermarket diesel engine parts for 18 years. He lives in Klemme with his wife Deb, and they have two children. Kelly enjoys being outdoors, hunting, and restoring and riding vintage motorcycles.
Lisa Piklapp - A die-hard football fan, and a die-hard Stellar employee, Lisa has been with Stellar for over 10 years. She’s responsible for handling all warranty claims and return goods. She loves working with the Stellar customers, and getting to know them and their businesses, as well as having such a great group of co-workers here in Garner. Lisa loves to swing the golf clubs, ride her Harley and spend time with her daughter and granddaughter.
Dorothy Schaefer - Dort is big on customer satisfaction. She has enjoyed helping the Stellar customer receive their parts orders in a fast efficient manner for three years now, joining Stellar in 2006. Dort is the Stellar Part’s Order Entry guru and the one to call for your parts and service kits. She’s an avid dart thrower and is a member of a local dart league.
